Supervision & Coaching Approach
I have over a decade of clinical experience and earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of South Carolina in 2014. My background includes work in Child Protective Services (CPS), with veterans and active duty military service members and families, the homeless population, and nonprofit and advocacy.
My clinical specialty is in women’s health and perinatal mental health, where I provide both therapeutic support and professional guidance for those interested in this area of practice.
I take a holistic approach to therapy and supervision, recognizing that each clinician’s professional growth is shaped by their values, lived experiences, and clinical interests. In supervision and coaching, I emphasize:
A collaborative, strengths-based process
Integration of clinical skills with self-care and resilience
Creating space for reflection, growth, and authenticity
Guidance tailored to your unique career path and client population interests
